Received product in timely manner. Shoes looked amasing unfortunately sizing was on small size. I would size up by 1.

As an online business all information regarding the exchange process is easily accessible on the website. It was also in the information emailed once your return request was approved about the next steps.
As you chose to send your product back by own carrier and did not opt for an automatic shipping label we not have any tracking updates on the return available to us until it is picked up at the post office, this had already been communicated via email in response to your message received on 12/2/25. AMAZING!

These are my first glitter pair and I am in LOVE!! I know have 2 pairs of wedges and they are so comfortable. So light and it doesn’t even feel like you have shoes on! This colour is the perfect match to any outfit and as a teacher adds a little sparkle to my work outfits too!
